Hi guys, EverildWolfden here. I'm afraid that for many, many months this group has been allowed to slide under the radar. I probably haven't been on Deviantart for at least a year due to personal issues (I won't go into too much detail, but being made redundant was part of it).
Firstly, I want to say - this group is not dead. Secondly, I want to thank all contributors who have helped keep it running in the absence of the admins. I am now making it a personal task to check in regularly and approve submissions and requests on a regular basis - there will no longer be any fear of them expiring. Unfortunately I don't have full admin rights so can't update the blog, and I have been looking into what other rights I have, which unfortunately isn't much.

Massive irony - I wrote and submitted a blog post here on the state of things in StockGalore - but the blog requires 2 admins voting on it, so no blog up, unfortunately.
To whomever might be reading this: the group is nearing comatose yet not entirely
I would guess I joined as a contributor maybe two or three years ago, and at the time being a contributor meant you simply got priority submission of your stock but no actual admin duty.
By the current settings of the admins' permissions in here I receive new group submissions in my inbox that require approval (of one admin, phew!
) and whenever I've got the chance I try to approve of whatever I can.
I'm not very much online on this acc of mine these days (say once a month) so for the most part your submissions do get expired unfortunately
I cannot change the wait period of submissions as the "Manage members" area of the group that is crucial for its timely management is set to 'view-only' for contributors (which is okay when the founder/co-founders are active and not so okay otherwise, as you can very well see).
For this same reason I can't appoint other contributors as vote number requires 3 votes from admins and I'm not sure we have that many active
I sadly have no knowledge and no news on the activity of the other admins of the team but hopefully this comment might become the much-needed alert to the state of things in here!
